By using our website, submitting a booking enquiry, or confirming a tour package with Arabian Adventures, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any specific conditions mentioned in your proposal, invoice, or confirmation email.

2. Our Services & Website Content

Arabian Adventures provides tour planning, ground arrangements, travel experiences, and related services in partnership with local operators, hotels, transport providers, and activity partners in different countries.

All itineraries, descriptions, photos, branding, and content on this website are for your personal information and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, resell, or distribute our itineraries or content for commercial use without written permission.
• Logos, trade names, and branding remain the exclusive property of Arabian Adventures and its partners.
• Package details are indicative and may be adjusted based on availability, season, and local conditions.

3. Bookings, Confirmations & Payments

When you confirm a tour with Arabian Adventures, you will receive a written confirmation (proposal, invoice, or email) outlining inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule, and special conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in your specific proposal:

• A non-refundable booking advance may be required to secure hotels, transport, and activities.
• The remaining balance is usually due before the start of your trip, within the timeframe mentioned in your confirmation.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking as per the cancellation policy.

4. Pricing, Changes & Availability

All prices are based on the details shared at the time of quotation, including travel dates, group size, room type, and currency exchange rates.

5. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the destination, season, and policies of hotels, airlines, and local partners. Your specific cancellation terms will be mentioned in your proposal or invoice.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

As a traveler, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and that you are fit and prepared for the trip you are booking.

• Checking and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, and any required travel documents.
• Following local laws, customs, and the instructions of guides and service providers.
• Informing us in advance of any medical conditions, mobility issues, or special requirements.
• Arriving on time for transfers, tours, flights, and other scheduled activities.

7. Travel Documents, Visas & Immigration

Arabian Adventures and its partners may assist with guidance on visas and documentation where applicable. However, the final decision on entry, immigration, and visa approval is always made by the respective embassy or immigration authority.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your passport is valid for the required period (usually 6 months beyond travel dates).
• Providing correct and complete information for visa applications and forms.
• Complying with all health, vaccination, and entry requirements of the destination country.

We are not liable if you are denied boarding, refused entry, or face delays due to incomplete documents, inaccurate information, or immigration decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arabian Adventures acts as a coordinator between you and various independent suppliers such as hotels, transport companies, local tour operators, and activity providers. While we take great care in selecting partners, we do not own or control most on-ground services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arabian Adventures shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
• Natural events, weather conditions, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
• Changes in schedules, closures of attractions, or service interruptions due to operational or safety reasons.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount you have paid to Arabian Adventures for the specific service in question, and shall not include any indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), unless otherwise specified in your country-specific agreement.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall, where possible, be resolved amicably. If not resolved, they may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities in the jurisdiction specified in your booking documents.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational policies.
